Terms of service

These terms apply to purchases and use of the QuadrAngle online store. Please read them together with our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.

Product information

Review dimensions, materials, finishes and suitability before ordering. Screen settings and lighting can affect how colours appear. Natural materials may have individual grain, veining and texture; this does not excuse goods that are defective or materially different from their agreed description.

Orders and payment

Provide accurate contact, billing and delivery information. Prices are shown in UAE dirhams (AED); applicable taxes, delivery and any agreed additional services are shown in your order details. Please review the final total before paying. If an item is unavailable or a pricing or payment issue prevents fulfilment, we will contact you to resolve the issue. Any payment for an order we cannot fulfil will be returned.

Customised furniture

Dimensions, finishes, materials and other bespoke specifications should be agreed in writing before production. Customised orders cannot be cancelled once production starts. Requests made before production begins will be reviewed with you. Changes may affect cost and timing and require written agreement.

Delivery and assembly

Standard delivery is free across all seven emirates of the United Arab Emirates. Estimated delivery for in-stock items is 3–30 working days from placing your order. Assembly and specialist installation are arranged separately. Lead times and delivery arrangements depend on the order; see our Shipping Policy for access and scheduling information.

Returns and warranty

We do not accept change-of-mind returns. We provide a two-year manufacturing-defect warranty from delivery or collection. Please see our Refund Policy for the claims process and details. Your statutory rights concerning faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods remain protected.

Trade accounts

Trade access and pricing are subject to application approval. Any project-specific quotation, scope or payment terms must be confirmed in writing.

Website use

Do not misuse the website, interfere with its security or use its content unlawfully. Product photography, branding and other website material must not be reproduced without permission, except where permitted by law.

Applicable law and questions
