We want you to choose your QuadrAngle pieces with confidence. Please review dimensions, materials, finishes and access requirements before placing your order. Our team can assist with product questions.

Change of mind

We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds solely because you change your mind, including a preference for another size, colour or style after purchase. This does not limit your rights where goods are faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or otherwise fail to meet applicable legal requirements.

Customised orders

Customised orders cannot be cancelled once production has started. Please check and approve the agreed specifications carefully. If you need to request a change or cancellation before production begins, contact us immediately so we can confirm the order's status and available options. Your statutory rights concerning defective goods remain unaffected.

Damage, faults or incorrect items

Email qangledubai@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue and, where possible, photographs. Keep the item available for assessment and contact us before arranging a return. We will review the issue and arrange the appropriate repair, replacement or refund in accordance with applicable UAE consumer-protection requirements. A fault discovered after delivery can still be reported.

Two-year manufacturing-defect warranty

QuadrAngle provides a two-year warranty against manufacturing defects from delivery or collection. Please retain your invoice or other proof of purchase. The warranty does not cover ordinary wear, accidental damage, misuse or damage caused by unsuitable cleaning or unauthorised alterations. These exclusions apply to damage caused by those circumstances and do not remove protection for an unrelated manufacturing defect.

Refund handling

Where a refund is due, we will confirm the amount and processing arrangements with you. Refunds will normally be made through the original payment method; your payment provider may require additional processing time.
